ReStore Turns 10!

The lovely spead for this joyous occasion

Our ReStore is well stocked, beautiful, and a lovely place to walk into and shop around. However, the beginnings were much humbler than that. Before the remodel, before having a storefront at all, we used to hold auctions out of a storage unit. This is where we really got our start. At first the auctions would be packed, selling out fast, and raising tons of money for our mission. Eventually the traffic lowered, and scheduling auctions became difficult. This is when we decided to open up a brick and mortar storefront.

We bounced around some for a few years in different locations before finally finding our “forever store” on Memorial Avenue. Since then we have practically become a staple in Manchester. With our remodeled store, and new expanded hours, business continues to increase.

On Friday the 15th we gathered to celebrate this significant milestone. We were joined by members of the community, our dedicated volunteers, board members, and past store managers. Thank you to all of the individuals who make this store possible in the present, the past, and the future!
