Another productive week is in the books!

At 27 Greenview Drive, we’re putting the finishing touches on what will soon become another completed Habitat home. It’s exciting to see this project entering its final stretch. The next updates we put out about this house are probably going to be “We finished” then “Join us at the dedication” then “The family is home!!!!”

At 70 Jennifer Lane, we also celebrated an outstanding first blower door test result, which measures how airtight a home is. At just 0.81 ACH50 (air changes per hour), the home is already demonstrating the quality and energy efficiency we’re building into every Habitat home! This number is better than most new construction goals, and better yet, we expect that number to improve even further as construction continues.

And over at 8 Crestwood Drive, we’re building toward another exciting milestone as trusses are nearly ready for installation.
