Our Favorite Cranes

It’s human nature to have a favorite Crane. Whether yours is the mainstream choice, like Frasier, or a more understated option, like Niles, everyone has one. We could even make the case that Martin was the greatest Crane of them all—but none of them can compete with our favorite: the crane from Greater Heights Tree and Land Management!

Our favorite Crane rolled into 8 Crestwood Drive this week and got right to work lifting the home’s roof trusses into place. Greater Heights once again donated the use of the equipment, helping us reach a huge construction milestone without adding a huge expense. With the trusses up and the subfascia completed, 8 Crestwood officially has a roofline—and it is looking more like a home every day!

The progress didn’t stop there. Over at 70 Jennifer Lane, crews continued installing siding and framing the porch ceilings. We also welcomed three volunteers from the Southern Vermont Board of Realtors for a group build day on Friday, where they jumped in alongside our regular crew and helped keep things moving.

One home is complete, two more are taking shape, and our favorite Crane has once again risen above the competition. Not bad for one week!
